It has been quite hot lately - mid-30s Celsius - and that means a lot of the young boys have been passing the days in the Mthatha river, which flows right by Itipini. It is a filthy and dangerous river that people dump who-knows-what into and you couldn’t pay me to go swimming in it. But when I saw these boys playing, I got a little jealous.
